Appointment Reminders:
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details, including our address, directions, and what to expect during your visit. We will also send a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. This courtesy allows us to offer your time slot to another client in need.
